Ahmed Asif is the percussionist, drummer and vocals of the band.
He commenced his musical career in a band called Splash whilst still at school in 1999.
Asif then ventured out into the seas as a sailor for two years before his musical roots brought him back on the scene to perform with Sameeu in a band called Akasaka for four years. Shortly afterwards he joined Detune.
He is noted for his overly helpful and confident nature. He makes sure no one is ever let down and pushes them to archieve more while constantly being at their side. Perhaps it is this fact that sometimes gets him assigned as the delivery boy for the band!
Asifs’ interests varies from music to business and he wishes to become rich.
